【Swimming #2】”Reboot Program” of the University of Tsukuba Athletes

What is the “Reboot Program of the University of Tsukuba Athletes”?

This is the reboot program for student athletes by researchers and students at University of Tsukuba.

Our university prohibited students from coming to the university or doing club activities to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection.

This program introduces the efforts that our athletes have made to date during quarantine, and their efforts toward future “reboot”.

We will introduce each competition’s step-by-step preparation, theory, fitness, skill training, etc. for athletes from middle school to university who resume full-scale training after a long blank period.

We will provide information that will help you to return to a good condition gradually while preventing injury.

Let’s reboot together with University of Tsukuba athletes!

※The videos of this program were taken with appropriate consideration according to rules of the local government and the university. Some of them were taken before the Japanese Government declared a state of emergency or the university prohibited entry.
