About the J-Fairness<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

The J-Fairness is the Japan Sport Fairness Commission.<\/p>\n

It was established in November 2018 for doping inspection activities in Japan.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The J-Fairness independently operates the committee which formulates a basic policy for anti-doping in Japan. And the Japan Anti-Doping Agency (JADA) conducts the inspection.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Multiple organizations such as the Japan Sport Association (JSPO), the Japanese Olympic Committee (JOC), the Japanese Para-Sports Association (JPSA), etc. have joined the J-Fairness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Specially Appointed Professor \/ Special Advisor to the President, University of Tsukuba<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

He is the vice president of the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the board member of JADA.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

He was the committee member of the Tokyo 2020 Bid Committee, the executive board member of JOC, and the president of the Japan Sport Council (JSC).<\/p>\n

From the Seoul 1988 Olympic Games to the Beijing 2008 Games, he served as a team doctor and headquarter officer for the Japan team.<\/p>\n

He also contributed to bringing the Rugby World Cup 2019 to Japan as the director of the Japan Rugby Football Union<\/span>. (currently appointed as an advisor to the union)<\/p>\n

He is the senior executive board member \/ general manager of JOC and the senior managing director of the Japan Association of Athletics Federations (JAAF).<\/p>\n

He served as a headquarter officer at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.<\/p>\n
