It will be the second time to hold the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Tokyo, it is 56 years since the 1964 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympic Games was held.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Actually, the IOC (International Olympic Committee) decided to hold the 1940 Olympic Games in Tokyo, before the World War II. (In fact the Games were canceled because of the war.)
